The amount of ‘Loan Stock’ investment is dependent on the type of apartment you rent. The maximum amounts are £5,000 for a Studio Apartment, £7,500 for a one-bedroom apartment and £10,000 for a larger one bed apartment. Loan Stock is refundable at the end of the tenancy.
We do give consideration to receiving a reduced Loan Stock amount and any shortfall will be reflected in the monthly rent. Please enquire on application.
We carry out credit checks before offering a tenancy agreement.
We review our rents annually on 1 May. Our current 2023 monthly rents, based on maximum loan stock, are:
A concessionary television licence, if you meet the requirements, is available at an annual fee of £7.50.

Our studio apartments are completely self-contained with separate hallway, kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for a single person, they are modern and very easy to maintain.
If you have guests travelling from a long distance away you may find it convenient to book them into our comfortable, ensuite guest room for a modest daily charge.
