These rents take into account a returnable investment from you into our ‘Loan Stock” scheme for which you will receive interest, currently 0.5% pa.

These rents take into account a returnable investment from you into our ‘Loan Stock” scheme for which you will receive interest, currently 0.5% pa.

The amount of ‘Loan Stock’ investment is dependent on the type of flat you are looking to rent. The maximum amount is £5,000 for a Studio, £7,500 for a one-bedroom flat and £10,000 for a conversion. In cases of financial hardship, we do give consideration to adjusting this Loan Stock amount. However, any shortfall in the maximum amounts required will mean that the monthly rent payable is increased.

We carry our credit checks before offering tenancy agreements.

We review our rents on 1 May. Our current 2021 monthly rents are:

  • Studio Flat £500.15 pcm
  • One Bedroom Apartments £735.93 pcm

We have a number of larger one-bedroom flats available on occasions for £883.01 pcm. These are subject to application and availability and requires a contribution of £10,000 refundable ‘Loan Stock’ at the end of the tenancy.

A concessionary television licence, if you meet the requirements, is available at an annual fee of £7.50.

One Bedroom Apartments

Our one bedroom flats are generally reserved for couples. They are completely self-contained with simple, neutral decor and separate hallway, double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom areas.

Studio Apartments

Our studio apartments are completely self-contained with separate hallway, kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for a single person, they are modern and very easy to maintain.

Guests

If you have guests travelling from a long distance away you may find it convenient to book them into our comfortable, ensuite guest room for a modest daily charge.

With over 3 acres of space, our beautiful gardens are
the perfect place to relax and get some fresh air.
